Where are you based?
We’re proudly based in Australia, with trusted shipping partners and suppliers that help us deliver across Australia and New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your item ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship to Australia and New Zealand only. If you're outside those regions, hang tight, we may expand soon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also use our Track Order page anytime.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at support@southerncrossrehab.com.au to start the process.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
No stress, just send us a photo of the issue within 3 days of receiving it, and we’ll sort it out with a replacement or refund.
Are your products safe to use?
We source products from trusted suppliers and aim to stock items that are both effective and safe. Always follow usage instructions and check with your healthcare provider if you’re unsure.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel orders only if they haven’t been shipped yet. Email us ASAP at support@southerncrossrehab.com.au, and we’ll do our best.
